Terms of Use – Glow Up 75

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Glow Up 75 mobile application ("App"), operated by Chemolab Laboratory Ltd and/or Eran Matitiahu ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. The Service

Glow Up 75 is a personal challenge tracking application that includes daily task management, progress photo logging, challenges, and social features. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store:

• Weekly – ₪14.90 per week.
• Monthly – ₪49.90 per month.
• Yearly – ₪179.90 per year.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any results achieved through the App, such as fitness or wellness outcomes, will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
